Understand & Plan

We've been creating projects for the web for long enough now to know that, like so much in life, it's all in the preparation. After all ‘failure to prepare is preparing to fail' as they say.

We'll work closely with you to really get under the skin and ask the important questions before we even think about touching a keyboard. We don't just ask ‘what do you want' but ‘why', ‘Why do you want this', ‘why does the world need it' and ‘why has nobody else done it'. It's always a hard balance between being nosey and being truly prepared but we'd rather take that risk than see your project fail to deliver.

Depending on what you're aiming to achieve we'll bring along the team to suit. If you think you're going to need all of our services from user experience and development through to hosting and marketing then just let us know and we'll bring along the most suitable people to help understand and plan your project.

Planning is our chance to really get involved, lots of questions, loads of diagrams, a wall of post-it notes and buckets of tea but most importantly a really clear plan of what we are going to achieve, why we're doing it, how we are going to go about it and how we'll know when we've got there.
